Each analyst will partner with an assignment supervisor, who will guide them through the day-to-day activities of the department.
Assignments last six months and are based on a combination of PROP strategic objectives, specific departmental needs, technical qualifications (coursework and degree) and interests of the ORDP analysts. Assignments are available at the South San Francisco, Oceanside, and Vacaville facilities. Throughout the rotational assignments, ORDP analysts are considered full-time employees of their assigned department and are eligible for Genentech's standard vacation and benefits package.
