Anti-CD40

Description Anti-CD40 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the CD40 antigen, which is highly expressed on most B lineage hematologic malignancies.

Development Status Phase I and Phase II clinical trials evaluating Anti-CD40 as a single agent for relapsed multiple myeloma and relapsed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma are ongoing. Phase I and II clinical trials evaluating Anti-CD40 in combination with standard therapies, including Rituxan, for relapsed multiple myeloma, relapsed follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and relapsed and second-line diffuse large B-cell lymphoma are ongoing.

This molecule is being developed in collaboration with Seattle Genetics.
