In addition to the financial resources and support we provide through our corporate charitable giving, we invest in our local communities through signature philanthropic programs and the collective power of our employees.
We also empower employees to give back to causes they care about by matching personal donations of up to $2,000 per year and donating $10 per hour – up to $300 per year – for time they spend doing good in their communities with the nonprofits of their choice.
In 2020, we saw a 57 percent increase in employee giving with a record $12.5 million in nonprofit donations and matching to COVID-19 response, racial justice and anti-hate organizations.
