I joined the Prescient Design team at Genentech November, 2022, as a machine learning scientist.
Before joining Prescient, I was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Large Molecules Research (LMR) department in pRED Roche where I worked on analyzing sequence data (e.g. from display libraries) with machine learning approaches, and eventually led to the prediction of optimized sequences. I obtained my PhD in computational biology from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in 2020 and a BS and MSC in chemical engineering.
