ACTIVASE SHORTAGE

Genentech is currently unable to provide replacements for ACTIVASE 100mg kits (NDC: 50242-008-527). We are working to resume Activase Kit replacements by end January 2025. Please access the Activase Kit Replacements link for more details.

We will fulfill all returns requests at the earliest available time.

For Expired Products:

Due to the intermittent backlog and supply shortage, Genentech does not have ACTIVASE 100mg kits available for replacement at this time. Eligible products that are within two months of the expiration date or 6 months after expiration can be returned for a credit.

Because of the supply situation, please consider using your existing Activase 100mg kits until they reach their expiration date.

Genentech cannot substitute two Activase 50 mg kits for the replacement of one spoiled ACTIVASE 100mg kit.
