Streamline your ordering and replacement processes through the Genentech Direct System. Below are recent updates, features, and enhancements to our digital orderings and returns platform.
View the status of your spoilage and expired returns request when logging in to Genentech Direct Returns. The status bar is located inside each return request when you search with Return Order History in My Account.
Genentech Customer Service, in close collaboration with the U.S. Affiliate Complaint Management department, are pleased to announce the launch of a new online product complaint reporting and replacement form. This new form allows patients and customers to report a product complaint and request a replacement product at one time and on their own schedule.
With single sign-on, you will be able to access all Genentech Direct applications using one set of login credentials, eliminating the need to remember multiple usernames and passwords. This feature is specifically designed for users that place orders on the Genentech Direct Ordering site and Genentech Direct Returns.
You can now translate the Genentech Direct Spoilage Replacement form into Spanish or Chinese with a click of a button. Simply navigate to the top right corner of your screen where you will find the language option currently set to "English." Click the drop-down arrow and select “Español” or “中文.” This will instantly translate the form into your preferred language.
In addition to the Spoilage form, the Susvimo Early Returns form and the Expired Returns form are also available in Spanish.
