Located on three floors in Lloyd Center Tower, the Portland site is home to Genentech’s Access Solutions & Patient Support team. This team of dedicated individuals helps patients start and stay on Genentech’s medications once a clinical decision has been made by providing reimbursement support and information on assistance options. The Portland site is home to nearly 300 employees and contingent workers.
