This section serves as an archive of child safety certificates from before August 8, 2014.
On August 8, 2014 all child safety certificates were transitioned to be covered by a new generic format based on NDC only. Formerly, they were generated for each lot number as well which resulted in copious documents being catalogued. Those numerous historical documents are what is contained in this archive.
